Exhibition Stands

All registered NSO delegations will be provided with standard exhibition space for displaying their materials at the main Conference venue by default, which includes:

  1. 1 Panel 2.5m x 1m
  2. 1 Table
  3. 2 Chairs

If you would like to order extra space with facilities for your exhibition, please use this chart to make your choice and contact the Host Committee to make an order.

Please, kindly note that the area of additional space is strongly limited due to capacities of the venue. There is no deadline for extra exhibition space ordering. The distribution of extra space for exhibitions will be based on the principle of “first come – first served”. We will update you about availability of the exhibition places through our News page.

The form for renting extra exhibition space with amenties as described above is available here. Please complete the form and email it to the HC Venue Department: venue@wsc2017.az as soon as possible. We will contact you for details upon receiving your request.

Also if you need to book an office for meetings or other kinds of work during the Conference at the main venue, please send us a request with details to the same e-mail address at the HC Venue Department.
